Haunted Maze Application

Interested in helping haunt the Heartland Country Corn Maze for the Haunted Maze? If so, please submit the application below.

    Application:

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION
    • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
    • Applicants will be required to work both Haunted Maze dates (Friday October 25th & Saturday October 26th).
    • Haunters will arrive at 5:30pm. The haunting ends at 10:30pm.
    • Masks and basic Halloween costumes will be provided. If you have something you want to bring on your own you may.
    • Dress warm and in layers.
    • This is a paid position.

    In consideration for my employment, I agree to adhere to the rules and regulations of the Heartland Country Corn Maze and hereby acknowledge that these rules and regulations may be changed by Heartland Country Corn Maze at any time, at the company’s sole option and without any prior notice. In addition, I acknowledge that my employment may be terminated, and any offer of employment, if such is made, may be withdrawn, with or without prior notice, at any time, at the option of either the company or me.
